This often leaves only a piece of rock and a character hanging from a root. Destruction: In setting off an explosive, user can destroy a larger area than planned, possibly annihilating an entire planet.Deflation/ Inflation: Cartoon characters can be inflated, like a balloon, and then deflated as a result (possibly too much).Cartoon Materialization: The ability to bring cartoons to life either by creating m them with the mind, or using an already created cartoon as a base.Cartoon Creature Creation: The ability to create creatures out of cartoons.Cartoon Constructs: Constructs out of cartoons.Antagonal Impairment: Violent rearrangements are impermanent.Animation: Create soldiers, escape Portals, traps, weapons, etc.Anatomical Liberation: Users may be able to detach their body parts.Anatomic Construct: Caricature without any life-threatening effects.Acme Arsenal: Cartoons and users of this power are able to be creative and use anything and everything as a weapon.Accelerated Rotation: The power to spin in a tornado-like manner.Accelerated Metabolism: Cartoons and users of this power can eat vast qualities of food but never seem to gain permanent weight as they lose it in later/certain events or shortly afterwards.4th Wall Interaction: Cartoons and users of this power can actually communicate and interact with the audience or people watching them, or the people animating them.4th Wall Awareness: Some Cartoons have the ability to acknowledge that there is an audience or some type of people watching them, and they're working for a cartoon company. The most common applications are awareness of the 4th Wall, impossible body control, dimensional storage/ object creation (as they can make objects appear out of thin air), but fundamentally, they would possess high-level Reality Warping abilities. Most users can re-write the strict laws of physics in their universe to their convenience and is allowed to overwrite the laws with more lenient and much more absurd physics with much more ridiculous ones in service of hilarity. Basically, cartoon physics is a jocular system of laws of physics (and biology) that supersedes the normal laws, used in animation for humorous effect. A phone next to him suddenly rings, and he is transported to a memory from 1996, which manifests as a corrupted version of 1-1, ending in a reenactment of Luigi's diagnosis of brain cancer, at which point the game abruptly ends.Users possess the ability to impose the laws and physics of cartoons into reality, essentially allowing to warp the world around them however they see fit usually in a comedic fashion. Eventually, he reaches the end of this section, only to see himself lying on a doctor's bed with Mario at his side and Peach sobbing, presumably a suppressed memory.
In a dreamlike section, he must then fight his way through a bizarre mishmash of broken buildings floating in a tunnel of energy in a black void, fighting through classic Mario enemies, classic Mario characters, bizarre abominations, and elements of his previous hallucinations. Realizing this, Luigi is overwhelmed with guilt, sadness, and self-hate, and his hallucinations overwhelm him. He then drives off to find Peach at an abandoned house, only to see she is now nothing but a skeleton lying in a bathtub near some bloodied tools and corpses, with Luigi having murdered them to get "ingredients" for a "cake" for Peach, whom he kidnapped. This discovery causes his hallucinations to briefly worsen, with him seeing a mutilated version of himself. We then follow Luigi as, continuing to hallucinate, he kills civilians, travels through the city to his home, only to find Mario having hung himself due to Luigi's incarceration putting him into debt and making him lose faith in the system. Luigi breaks through a window to get out, but law enforcement begins shooting at him, and after barely escaping by going down a green pipe, Luigi ends up down in the sewers, and washes out into the bay.
After killing and hiding from the guards/inmates, Luigi makes it to the front entrance, but the door gets shut. Luigi then finds a pot and decides to use it to defend himself.
After an alarm goes off, a "Koopa" runs out of the cafeteria, leaving the door open. Luigi then finds a room with wake up pills, and after consuming the wake up pills Luigi gains jumping and ducking, allowing him to climb into an open vent. Luigi then uses the pliers to pick open the cell door, walk through a dark hallway with more numbered cell doors, find a jail key next to a dead "Koopa" guard, and unlock a locked door that leads to an unlocked door on the left. Luigi then finds a pair of pliers hidden in a locked dresser smashed by a brick next to a piece of paper that simply reads "good luck". Luigi wakes up in a prison cell in "Bowsers Castle".
